Oreo needs a caretaker or foster! Won't you consider helping him get a new start?
Meow! Hello, my name is Oreo, and I'm a handsome black and white kitten. I get my name from the pattern – the top half of my body is black, and my bottom half is white — similar to an Oreo cookie. I was rescued along with my mommy and her two litters of kittens from a home where my owners were being evicted. We were all so thankful when this amazing lady and her two children saved us from being sent to a shelter. If you’re looking for an outgoing kitty that acts more like a dog, then I’m your boy. My foster family taught me how to “sit" for my food and to play fetch. I love my stuffed lamb toy and will entertain you and myself for hours playing with it! I also like to chase my tail, and will make your chuckle! I’m a lively and loving kitty, and I especially love to cuddle with the two teen-aged daughters in my foster family. I will purr, purr, purr when you brush me and feed me. And I must be psychic because I can study your face and read your emotions, and give you a paw if you’re having a less-than-terrific day because I want to cheer you up! My brother Spot and I are closely bonded, and if you adopt the two of us together, I promise you won’t be disappointed or lonely. Cats, dogs, children – I get along with everyone. Although I enjoy being with my foster family, I am now ready for my forever home. My ultimate wish is to be adopted by a loving family who has the time play with me and give me lots of attention and love. And maybe adopt and love Spot too! If I sound like a kitty that you would like to meet, please complete an on-line application and one of AAT’s kind volunteers will be in touch. Thank you!
